Katharina Miller is founding partner of 3C Compliance, SL, a Spanish consultancy which advises mainly Spanish and German companies in compliance/CSR.

She holds a Master Degree in European Litigation by the University of Luxembourg and she has been working at the European Court of Justice (ECJ) and the Tribunal of Civil Service of the EU.

Katharina Miller has been working at an international law firm, as Spanish abogada, German Rechtsanwältin and European lawyer, specialised in company and labour law, registered at the Stuttgart and Madrid bars.

She has also been working as a CSR Consultant to a Spanish consultancy advising on Good Governance, CSR diplomacy and WOB. She has been publishing articles about Good Governance in the Spanish Internet newspaper Vozpopuli, for the members of the institutional shareholder association VIP (vipsight.eu) and in Huffington Post.

Katharina is President of the European Women Lawyers Association (EWLA) and President of German Women Lawyers Association (djb) in Spain. She is member of the Commission of Public law, European law and public international law of the djb and Spanish coordinator of European Women Shareholders Demand Gender Equality. Katahrina is an active member of the German Spanish lawyers association DAV.

Additionally, she is President of the board of Kokoro Capital Investments Sicav, SA, a Spanish investment company.
