The 2nd Zagreb International Conference on the Law of Obligations will be held in Zagreb from 28–30 September 2022. The organisers welcome written proposals from scholars and practitioners in the field of the law of obligations. This should be done no later than 30 June 2022.

Proposals have to relate to one of the topics of the Conference: (a) the transposition of the Sale of Goods Directive and the Digital Content and Services Directive into national laws of EU Member States; (b) the influence of Austrian, German, and Swiss law on the law of obligations in Central and Southeast Europe; (c) the reform and modernisation of the Croatian Obligations Act. Excellent and original proposals that were submitted on time will be considered by the Scientific Committee which will select up to sixty papers to be presented at the Conference.

In the framework of the Conference, a joint ELI Croatian Hub and ELI Global Private Law SIG members meeting will take place (on 29 September). More details will be provided following the publication of the Conference agenda on 15 July.
