Croatian Hub Held the Fifth Webinar in its Webinar Series

18.06.2021

On 18 June 2021, the ELI Croatian Hub held its fifth webinar in a series of webinars organised to contribute to the discussion on the current ELI projects and recent developments in Croatian, comparative, and EU law. The webinar gathered participants from Croatia, Germany, and Kosovo.

The webinar focused on the topic of ‘Constitutional Literacy’ and started with a welcome address from Zoran Hačić (ELI Croatian Hub Co-Chair; Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner in Hačić & Bošnjak Law Firm, Zagreb). Then, Sanja Barić (Full Professor and Head of the Department of Constitutional Law at the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Law) presented the results of the research conducted in November 2020 on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia. The results of the current research were recently published in the Collected Papers of the Law Faculty of the University of Rijeka; the full text of the article in Croatian is available here.

The presentation was followed by a Q&A session.

The ELI Croatian Hub Webinar Series will continue in September after the summer break.
