Frank Gerard O'Reilly

Frank is Head of Whitney Moore’s Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring and Private Client teams.  In insolvency matters Frank specialises in liquidations, examinerships and receiverships, having been involved in many well-known, high-profile and precedent-setting cases both domestically and internationally.  On the private client side, Frank specialises in the administration of estates, wills and trusts and in all related issues.
Frank qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and has been a partner with Whitney Moore since 1985.

Frank is a founding member of the Irish Society of Insolvency Practitioners, a member of INSOL (Association of Insolvency Practitioners) and of R3 (Association of UK Insolvency Practitioners). He has been published in the area of cross-border insolvency and has lectured on the EC Insolvency Regulation.
Frank is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has lectured on wills, estate administration and the taxation of capital acquisitions.

Frank has been consistently recommended over many years as a leading lawyer in insolvency and corporate restructuring by legal journals such as The Legal 500 EMEA and Chambers Europe.
