28 New ELI Council Members Elected

ELI Fellows elected 28 new Members to the ELI Council on 8 September 2021.

2021 is election year at ELI. In February, the ELI Council already elected the incoming ELI President Pascal Pichonnaz, Vice-Presidents Lord John Thomas and Anne Birgitte Gammeljord, and Treasurer Pietro Sirena, who took on 8 September 2021 for a term of two years.

Further, ELI Fellows elected 28 new Council Members for a four-year term. The results were revealed at the closing ceremony of ELI's Annual Conference on 8 September 2021.

The newly composed Council will elect the Executive Committee’s three innominate members at its first meeting of 15 September 2021.
