The main focus of the Conference was to discuss ways in which ADR can offer consumers a higher degree of fairness and justice, as well as the role of companies and regulators in the field.
The output of the ELI-ENCJ’s project on the Relationship between Courts and ADR was presented by one of the project’s Reporters (also former ELI President), Diana Wallis. Wallis also chaired a panel on the New Developments in Consumer ADR.
