Diana Wallis Attending 2nd Plenary of the European Justice Stakeholder Forum

17.03.2017

The second plenary of the European Justice Stakeholder Forum (EJSF) is taking place on 24 April 2017 at the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) in Brussels. The event is co-hosted and facilitated by EESC member Mr Arno Metzler.

This year’s overall theme is ‘Access to Effective Justice for EU Citizens’. A specific focus is set on three key issues: the impact of Brexit on EU and UK citizens, the impact of digitalisation on the justice sector, and the UN guiding principles on business & human rights – for lawyers, citizens & business. The ELI’s president, Diana Wallis, is invited to participate and to moderator in Panel I on ‘Digitalisation and Access to Justice: Challenges & Opportunities’.
