ELI-Mount Scopus European Standards of Judicial Independence Project Team and Advisory Committee Meeting

The Reporters met Project Team and Advisory Committee members to discuss the revised draft standards on judicial selection, appointment, professional evaluation and promotion.

The current draft takes into account the feedback received at the previous meeting of 6 February 2023 and in writing.

The meeting provided an opportunity to also discuss the revised draft on disciplinary proceedings.
