ELI President and ELI Second Vice-President attended various sessions of this year’s online CGAP meeting. The topics discussed span from international family and child protection law to international commercial and finance law. These themes are of mutual interest as ELI has recently embarked on a project on ‘The Concept and Role of Courts in Family and Succession Matters’ and on ‘Corporate Sustainability, Financial Accounting and Share Capital’.
By way of background, ELI is an Observer to the HCCH and has also attended the CGAP meetings in previous years.
