Among others thing, the two Presidents discussed the special role of the European Court of Auditors (ECA) and its shift of focus from compliance to performance, the importance of impact assessment and performance-related auditing for any kind of law making as well as forms of cooperation that would be compatible with the special position of the ECA and potential topics for future ELI activities.
