During the event, three significant projects were adopted including the Principles on Digital Assets and Private Law. Several ELI Members were Observers in the project. The output comes just after ELI Principles on the Use of Digital Assets as Security, which were published in 2022. ELI’s Principles on the Enforcement of Digital Assets are expected in early 2024.
