President Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz attended UNCITRAL’s Working Group III (Investor-State Dispute Settlement Reform) session from 15–19 November 2021 on ELI’s behalf. In doing so, he seeks to facilitate a higher degree of coordination and cooperation on projects conducted by ELI and UNCITRAL.
The session focused mainly on possible reforms to investor-State dispute settlements.
UNCITRAL is one of ELI’s Institutional Observers.
