The seminar will explain how legal practitioners can make best use of ECtHR case law in their day-to-day practice. One of the former ELI Project Team's Members on the Detention of Asylum Seekers and Irregular Migrants and the Rule of Law project, Pamela McCormick, will speak at the seminar and present the main conclusions of the ELI's recent Statement on this topic.
