The first seminar on 27 November 2023 will feature a lecture by Prof Dr Wolfgang Wurmnest (University of Hamburg) on the recent Basaltsteinbruch decision (KZB 75/21) of the German Federal Supreme Court and its impact (register here).

On 11 December 2023, Prof Dr Stephan Lorenz (University of Munich) will hold a lecture on damages calculations relating to the Volkswagen ‘Dieselgate’ case (register here).

The series will be concluded on 8 January 2024 with a lecture by Prof Dr Tanja Domej (University of Zürich) on litigation funding (register here).
