Conference on Circular Economy and the Law: Innovation, Policies and Regulation for a Sustainable Environment

06.06.2019

The Italian Hub, the University of Ferrara’s Department of Economics and Management and the research centre CERCIS (Circular Economy, Innovation and SMEs), and the interuniversity research centre SEEDS (Sustainability Environmental Economies and Dynamics Studies) will hold a ‘Circular Economy and the Law: Innovation, Policies and Regulation for a Sustainable Environment’ Conference on 6–7 June 2019 at the University of Ferrara (Italy).

The Conference aims to critically assess the current policies for achieving a ‘circular economy’, the management of material flows, the value, management and rights on waste as well as the ways to tackle planned obsolescence – especially in the digital world – as a disruptive phenomenon for both environment and consumer rights.
