The event is titled ‘Global Perspectives on Procedural Agreements: Limitations and Applications of Party Autonomy in Civil Justice’ and is part of the ‘Introduction to Comparative Civil Procedure,’ ‘Class Action Clinic’ and ‘International Arbitration’ modules. Co-hosted by the University of Catania’s Law Department, it will gather leading experts to discuss the role of procedural agreements in civil justice. Topics include the balance between party autonomy and judicial oversight, recent practical applications and the search for truth and efficiency in justice systems.

The event is free, taking place in-person and online, but prior registration until 4.11.2024 via email is required.
