Meeting of the AI and Public Administration Project Team

On 16 November 2020, Project Team members of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Administration – Developing Impact Assessments and Public Participation for Digital Democracy Project met remotely to discuss recent legislative initiatives in the field of AI by the EU. Additionally, they prepared for the upcoming meeting with the Project’s MCC.

The discussion focused on the European Parliament’s proposed framework of ethical aspects of artificial intelligence, robotics and related technologies, which relates to the work of the ELI project.

The Project Team will discuss the project’s progress and latest draft with the Members Consultative Committee (MCC) on 24 November 2020. Any interested ELI Members can still join the MCC by sending an email to the ELI Secretariat.
