Finance and Event Officer

Anna Dibrova is the Finance and Event Officer at the ELI Secretariat. She holds a Master’s degree in European Union Studies from Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg and a Double Degree in International Law and Politics from Palacký University in Olomouc.

Dibrova gained valuable experience at the International Anti-Corruption Academy, where she contributed to external relations, research, and event management, and participated in various United Nations conferences and working groups. She also worked at Aldi Süd Holding, specialising in data management and working extensively with SAP systems. Dibrova served as an Administrative Assistant at the Main Territorial Department of Justice in Kyiv where she was appointed to the Support Sector of the Agent for the European Court of Human Rights. Her earlier roles include Research Intern at the Institute of the Regions of Europe, where she contributed to the execution of the 17th Salzburg Europe Summit. Dibrova was also involved in the organisation of the Global Limitless Conference by the female factor as Speaker Management Volunteer. She began her career as a Legal Intern at the Ukrainian Parliament, supporting the Committee on Legal Policy.

At ELI, Dibrova is responsible for financial tasks such as bookkeeping and budget preparation. She also provides the Secretariat with overarching assistance in event management, which encompasses project-related meetings, conferences and key ELI events, such as the ELI Annual Conference and Meetings.
