Fundraising and Partnership Consultant

Arlind Puka is a legal and fundraising specialist with extensive experience in democracy, rule of law, and international donor engagement. Prior to joining the European Law Institute as Fundraising and Partnership Consultant, he was a Programme Officer at the Central and Eastern European Law Initiative (CEELI) Institute in Prague, where he implemented international training legal programs and secured funding from European donors.

He has also worked with the International Organization for Migration and the European Parliament, focusing on EU accession, policy monitoring, and cooperation with institutional stakeholders. In 2015, he was selected under the ‘Young Leaders for Tomorrow’s Europe’ program, an initiative supported by the US Department of State.

He holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Sunderland and has completed advanced training programs at the University of Oxford and Halmstad University. In addition to his native language Albanian, he is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
