Public Relations (PR) Officer

Lucía Dalenz Lorieto serves as Public Relations Officer at the European Law Institute (ELI). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Universidad Católica Boliviana San Pablo, graduated with excellency and a Master’s degree in International Relations and International Politics with honors from the University of Manchester.

Lucía brings extensive experience in communications, public relations, press, and project management within leading international organizations, including the World Trade Organization, UN Trade and Development, the World Intellectual Property Organization, and the Organization of American States. As a creative mind, she has spearheaded several high-profile initiatives such as Latin American Women in International Trade, Women Pioneers at the WTO, and Youth Voices at the WTO.

Passionate about entrepreneurship and creative industries, Lucía has worked closely with indigenous women artists and creative entrepreneurs in Greenland as well as in Latin America. She has founded her own initiative, Invictas, to promote young women leaders and entrepreneurs across Latin America.
