Finance and Membership Officer

Regina May Dolot is the Finance and Membership Officer at the ELI Secretariat and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Strategic Finance and Business Analytics at Lauder Business School in Vienna, Austria. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Webster Private Vienna University, where she graduated with Honors.

During her Master’s programme, she earned a Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) certificate, expanding her expertise in enterprise resource planning systems. She also successfully completed an in-depth research project on financial products and services for Gen Alpha and Gen Z across Asia, Africa, and Europe. This project involved conducting comprehensive market research, analysing existing solutions, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance financial literacy. Dolot presented these findings to the Sustainable Finance department representatives at Raiffeisen Bank International. Dolot also received the Webster Vienna Training Scholarship, where she worked within the Student Resource Center Department, managing student activities, promoting events across social media platforms, and designing infographics and surveys for event registration. Additionally, as an Assistant Education Officer with the Student Government Association, she assisted students with course planning and coordinated the Student Feedback Hour, fostering communication between students and faculty.
