This one-day conference titled ‘Sustainability Challenges in the Law’ featured three panels:
- Sustainability as a Principle
- Climate Justice
- Corporative Sustainability and Consumer Law
Each panel was moderated by the co-chairs and members of the Advisory Council of the ELI Portuguese Hub and included invited academics, judges and practitioners.
The proceedings will be published as an e-book. The conference concluded with a meeting of the Hub's General Assembly.
