The Romanian Hub has been launched in 2026.

The Hub is co-chaired by Remus Daniel Berlingher, Ioana Olaru, Marieta Safta, Radu Stancu, Camelia Toader.

The Hub also has an Advisory Committee. Its members are Dan Andrei Popescu, Mihaela Victorița Carausan, Mihai Taus, Evelina Oprina.

The Romania Hub will be hosted by the Institute for Legal Research 'Acad. Andrei Rădulescu' of the Romanian Academy (ICJ), in Bucharest, Romania, which will provide the institutional framework, logistical support, and secretariat for the Hub’s activities.
