The webinar will take place on 5 March following the awarding of the prize for the best Family and Succession Law thesis to Leontine Bruijnen. Two special mentions were awarded to Antonio Calzado and Rachele Zamperini.
The ELI President will open the event with a welcome address, followed by a representative of the notary association that provided financial support for the initiative. Denise Wiedemann will introduce the webinar, Elena Bargelli (SIG chair) will chair it, and Gregor Christandl will provide further details on both the prize and the special mention.
The three researchers will then present their work and, finally, there will be a Q&A session.
