Associate Professor ("Profesor Titular") of Private Law and Coordinator of International Relations at Universidad San Pablo CEU (Madrid). PhD in Law (summa cum laude, Extraordinary Doctorate Award). Accredited as Associate Professor (“Profesor Titular”) by the Spanish National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). Awarded a 6-year term Research Productivity Evaluation (CNEAI) for the 2018–2023 period. Head of Jean Monnet Modules Teaching and Research Project "DERECHO" (“Defense of European Rights and Excellence for Consumers Harmonization”, 2025–2028). Award of the Madrid Bar Association (2019) in International and European Union Law. Award of the Spanish Family Lawyers Association (2025). Author of 4 books; director of 3 collective books. Over 40 contributions in peer reviewed journals and collective books (both national and international). Invited lecturer at the Universities of Padua, Porto, Messina, and Applied Sciences of Utrecht. Topics of Research: consumer law, digital law, private law, contracts, obligations, minors, vulnerability.
