Andreea Stănciulescu

Andreea Stănciulescu (Alexe) is a Senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, teaching courses in the following subjects: European Union Law, European Business Law, and European Company law in Romanian, English, and German. Her doctoral thesis was awarded the 2019 Anibal Teodorescu Award in the field of public law by the Romanian Jurists' Union.

Andreea has over 15 years of professional experience in publishing and is currently the editorial director of Wolters Kluwer Publishing House. She has published numerous specialist studies in the field of constitutional law and European business law.

In her research work, she has been involved in organizing international scientific conferences, is coordinating editor of two law journals and sits on the editorial board of other recognized legal journals. Notably, she is chief editor for several publications, inter alia, The Romanian Banking and Financial Law Review (published by European Banking and Financial Law Association  - Romania).

She is currently the Director of the Centre of European Business Law Studies within Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
