Bingwan Xiong

Bingwan Xiong is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Renmin University Law School, specializing in Civil Law, Digital Law, and Law & Economics. A graduate of Renmin University (LLB, LLM, LLD) and Harvard University (LL.M.), his research explores the intersection of private law and the digital economy. He actively contributes to policy, serving on expert groups for the Cyberspace Administration of China and the Beijing Municipal Government. He has authored key monographs like "The Foundation of Private Law-From Individualism to Collaborationism" and co-authored the "Competition Law and Policy in Digital Markets" with Oxford University Press.
