Darinka Dekleva Marguč

Darinka Dekleva Marguč has been a senior High Court judge at the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia, Head of Department for Constitutional Rights, for more than 20 years.

She was appointed as an ad hoc judge at the European Court of Human Rights in 2013 for three terms, up to 2018.
