Eduardo Asensi

Eduardo Asensi is a specialist in civil liability and insurance law, with over 25 years of experience advising insurance companies. His work includes risk assessments for major claims, contract interpretation, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions. He regularly publishes in specialized journals and speaks at industry events. He is a partner and collaborator of SEAIDA, where he also directs conferences on medical liability and insurance. In addition, he has extensive teaching experience. Since 2013, he has been a professor in the Master’s Degree in Access to Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE in Madrid, teaching Professional Liability Insurance for Lawyers. He has been an Honorary Professor at the Faculty of Medicine at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid since 2009. Since 2011, he has been a guest professor in the Master of Legal Advice for Companies and the Master of Legal Practice at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, teaching on the insurance contract.
