Jingkun Liu

Jingkun Liu is Professor of Law at the China University of Political Science and Law and a former Judge and Deputy Presiding Judge of the Supreme People’s Court of China. His areas of expertise include criminal procedure, criminal justice policy, evidence law, human rights and the death penalty. He also serves as a legal expert on the Expert Committee on Legal Translation and Review of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress of China.
