Thomas Barth

Thomas Barth is a habilitation candidate at the Institute for Business Law in Vienna University of Economics and Business. He is the former Head of Office of the Austrian Takeover Commission and legal intern at the Austrian Supreme Court and at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. He is a licensed Stock Exchange Trader. He has publications and lectures in corporate and capital market law, private foundations law and succession law.
