The Irish Hub is chaired by Paul Gilligan (Retired Judge of the Irish Court of Appeal), Paul Keane (Lawyer; Council of the Law Society of Ireland) and William McKechnie (Irish Supreme Court Judge). The Hub hosted the 2024 ELI Annual Conference.

The Turkish Hub is chaired by Başak Başoğlu (Associate Professor of Civil Law, Pîrî Reis University Law School; Sir Roy Goode Scholar, UNIDROIT), Hüseyin Can Aksoy (Professor, Bilkent University Faculty of Law), Ayşegül Buğra Şar (Assistant Professor and Associate Dean, Koç University Law School), Kadir Berk Kapanci (Professor of Civil Law, MEF University) and Bora Kaya (General Counsel, Gama Holding JSC; Founder, Kaya Law and Arbitration Practice). Over the last 12 month, the Hub organised numerous webinars aimed at promoting ELI’s projects. In addition, significant efforts were made to translate several ELI outputs into Turkish, ensuring that ELI’s resources are accessible to a broader audience.

The Digital Law SIG is chaired by André Janssen (Full Professor of Private Law, Chair of Private Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Environmental Law, Department of Economics and Management, University of Ferrara) and Christoph Busch (Full Professor of Law and the Director of the European Legal Studies Institute, University of Osnabrück). The SIG held a number of successful seminars. It has also won this award for the fourth time.
