ALI-ELI Principles for a Data Economy Project Team Meeting

On 31 October 2019 the Chairs and Reporters of the ALI-ELI Principles for a Data Economy project met at the American Law Institute Conference Center in Philadelphia to discuss the recently completed Preliminary Draft No 3 with members of the Advisory Committee (AC) and Members Consultative Group (MCG) on the ALI side.

After the feedback received at the meeting of 3 September and the presentation of Preliminary Draft No 2bis at the ELI Annual Conference, Reporters Christiane Wendehorst and Neil Cohen focused on the completion of Preliminary Draft No 3, which was discussed with the AC and MCG on the ALI side at the ALI in Philadelphia.
