The project’s Advisors and Members Consultative Committee members provided valuable feedback on the draft report, which covers issues connected to human rights due diligence, collective redress, aspects of private international law, monitoring and enforcement mechanisms, as well as action and transparency.
The Project Team will revise the draft report in light of the fruitful discussion and further comments received in writing from members of both groups. The report will be afterwards considered by the ELI bodies.
