Two Co-Reporters of the ELI project on Enterprise Foundations, Prof Dr Anne Sanders and Prof Dr Steen Thomsen, spoke on this occasion. They presented Enterprise Foundation Law in a Comparative Perspective, which they co-edited and published in 2023, and touched upon challenges to be tackled in the new ELI project. The ELI project builds on the 2023 book.
