At the ‘Reform of Adults with Incapacity Law: Addressing Challenges’ webinar, which focused on solutions and/or approaches to the challenges in reforming the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000, Adrian Ward speak on ‘The Role and Efficacy, If at All, of Advance Consent to Future Restrictions of Autonomy’. He also explained the remit of the ELI project and the relevance of discussions and debates within the project on that topic. 240 people attended the webinar.
