The FRA hosted the above meeting which provided an opportunity to review the first results of the mapping exercise conducted by the Agency earlier this year. The participants of the meeting analysed the first results of the reports on available remedies in 28 EU Member States, which will form the basis for the ELI-FRA joint project. The Team discussed the methodology of the project and important issues that it will address, such as obstacles and possible practices in relation to access to remedies for victims of business-related human rights abuses. They also discussed the policy developments in the field, next steps and upcoming project-related events.
