By article 16 of the ELI Statute, disputes between ELI members, between ELI members and one or several ELI bodies, or between two or several ELI bodies that concern the question whether or not an act or omission is in conformity with ELI’s Statute, any Code of Conduct or Byelaws or the statutory regime shall be settled by a standing Arbitral Tribunal.
