We are pleased to announce that the ELI Decennial Celebration, which will commemorate 10 years of ELI’s contribution to building a European legal community, will take place online on 1 June 2021 at 16:00 (CET).

The Decennial Celebration gives room to reflect on ELI’s achievements, lessons learned and challenges ahead. It is with great pleasure to announce that Věra Jourová, Vice-President of the European Commission, will be delivering the keynote speech. A panel discussion with distinguished legal experts will follow her intervention, including Koen Lenaerts (President of the Court of Justice of the European Union), Didier Reynders (European Commissioner for Justice), Robert Spano (President of the European Court of Human Rights), and Margarete von Galen (President of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe).
