On the occasion, the Hubs Co-Chairs presented their membership report. As of 10 May 2022, ELI Croatian Hub has 27 Individual Members and one Institutional Member. The potential for enlargement of the Hub was discussed. ELI Croatian Hub’s past and forthcoming activities were also presented. In the period between May 2021 and May 2022, ten successful webinars were held in Hub’s webinar series. Six more webinars are planned for the rest of 2022 and there will be four webinars in 2023 before the next ELI Croatian Hub Annual Members Meeting.

Two scientific conferences are planned for 2022. The 2nd Zagreb International Conference on the Law of Obligations will be held on 28 – 30 September 2022 as an on-site event at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business. The conference is organised by the Department of Law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, in partnership with the ELI Croatian Hub and ELI Global Private Law SIG. The call for papers will be soon published on the conference website. In the framework of the conference, a joint ELI Croatian Hub and ELI Global Private Law SIG Members Meeting will take place on 29 September and it will be open to all conference participants interested in the ELI activities.

The 5th International Conference on European Company Law and Corporate Governance will be held online on 24 – 25 November 2022. The conference is organised by the Department of Law at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Economics and Business, in partnership with the ELI Croatian Hub and ELI Business and Financial Law SIG. An open ELI Croatian Hub Members Meeting will also take place in the framework of the conference. A semi-open call for abstracts was recently published on the conference website.

At the closing of the meeting, the next Annual ELI Croatian Hub Members Meeting was announced for 9 May 2023.
