ELI was represented by its President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, in person, and its Secretary General, Dr Vanessa Wilcox, remotely. The European Parliament's Directorate-General for Citizens' Rights, Justice and Institutional Affairs was represented by Director-General Letizia Zuleta De Reales Ansaldo, together with Elodie Carmona and Elina Kaartinen, Heads of Unit of the Policy Departments within DG JUST, as well as Luca Ravera.
The meeting provided an opportunity for an exchange of views on current priorities and areas of mutual interest, as well as on possible avenues for future cooperation between ELI and the Directorate-General.
