ELI representatives met with representatives of the European Commission and United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) on 29 June 2026 to discuss opportunities for further collaboration on matters of shared interest.
Representing ELI were President Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell and Secretary General Dr Vanessa Wilcox. They met Anna Joubin-Bret, Secretary of UNICITRAL and Simona Staikova-Van Bommel, Team Leader of the Contract Law Unit for the European Commission’s Directorate- General for Justice and Consumers (DG JUST).
