Rebecca Küter, who supported the Drafting Committee of the ELI Feedback on the European Commission’s Proposal for a Directive on Common Rules Promoting the Repair of Goods, presented the findings at the above Conference organised by the International Association of Consumer Law (IACL).
The Conference took place from 19–21 July 2023 in Hamburg (Germany). Ms Küter participated in the workshop on Consumer Law & Green Transition, during which she discussed the recommendations contained in the ELI Feedback.
