Georges Cavalier presented the outcome of his project on For a European Approach to R&D Tax Incentive(s) (2021). This was followed by Marc Clément's presentation of the ELI Model Rules on Impact Assessment of Algorithmic Decision-Making Systems Used by Public Administration (2022), which he contributed towards as a Co-Reporter. Developing projects within ELI’s framework was emphasised as a means to engage the European legal community.
