In response to the latter, the ELI Council passed a resolution, which is available here.
In light of the above developments, the Hub will be headed by Vice-Dean of the of the Faculty of Law of West Ukrainian National University, Dr Svitlana Mazepa, who will assume the post of Interim-Chair, until the formal inauguration of the Hub and formal elections of the Chair can take place.
