ELI met representatives of the Law Commission of England and Wales on 2 July 2026 to discuss ongoing initiatives and opportunities for future cooperation.
Representing ELI were President Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell and Secretary General Dr Vanessa Wilcox. Representing the Law Commission were Commissioner for Commercial and Common Law, Solène Rowan, and Courteney Rose.
The meeting provided an opportunity to exchange views on current developments in law reform and areas of mutual interest.
