The comments received so far were positive, and constructively identified certain ambiguities in drafting. They also highlighted the potential need to revise some of the choices made in grouping points or dividing them among different provisions. Comments also emphasised the importance of the commentary and/or checklist that would support the provisions themselves. The Reporters agreed to revise the Progress Report in light of the comments received and to meet in September.
