ELI’s President, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, participated in the 107th Session of the UNIDROIT Governing Council, held in Rome, Italy. The meeting brought together members of the Governing Council and invited experts to discuss ongoing and future UNIDROIT projects aimed at the harmonization and modernization of private law.
