On 27 and 28 May 2024, UNIDROIT held an Exploratory Workshop for its new project on the development of a legal guidance document on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence in Global Value Chains, at its seat in Rome.
ELI’s Executive Committee member, Prof Dr Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell (Carlos III University of Madrid), and ELI Council member, Prof Dr Ulrich G Schroeter, participated on the occasion on behalf of ELI, alongside selected experts, including from academia, private sector and other high-level representatives from international organisations.
