The above workshop represented a key opportunity for members of the Working Group and Task Force researchers to interact and discuss their findings, along with relevant ICC model clauses.
ELI’s President, Prof Dr Pascal Pichonnaz, participated on the occasion on behalf of ELI, alongside selected experts, including from academia, the private sector and other high-level representatives from international organisations.
